How does this work?

A campaign earns a set number of bonus impressions (the IPC) each time a paid ad impression produces a measurable ad engagement.

How is the IPC determined?

The IPC is preset at 250 bonus impressions per engagement but can be adjusted.

How is a connection defined?

Engagements that trigger bonus start with clicks and can include other measurable metrics.

Is there a maximum amount of bonus a campaign can earn? Yes.

The maximum is based on total paid connections at a maximum CTR of 0.20% times your IPC. Once maximum is hit, no more bonus will be scheduled.

How does bonus get scheduled?

PC system connects into GAM through APIs and automatically increases the bonus impression goal for the IPC added value line item set up as a direct order.

Which ad runs the bonus?

Agency traffics bonus ad creative to their publishing partners (placement of bonus decided between agency/ publisher).

Can bonus earn bonus?

Engagements created by bonus impressions don’t earn the IPC but do lower the campaign CPC and improve subsequent back end performance metrics.
